Please note that mail and packages cannot be delivered directly to the property. The home does not have individual postal delivery or package reception. Any mail or parcels sent to the property address will not be received, and the host is not responsible for lost, damaged, or returned items.

Alternative Mail Options: If you expect to receive mail during your stay, please use one of the following alternatives:

1. USPS General Delivery – A free service for travelers or guests without a local address.
   • Address your mail as follows:

   • You can pick up your mail at the designated Belle Fourche Post Office at 804 State St with a valid photo ID.
2. Private Mailbox Services – Guests may rent a short-term mailbox or use mail-holding services offered by UPS/FedEx (authorized shipper - Office Emporium at 612 State St, Belle Fourche) or other private mail centers nearby.
3. Carrier Pick-Up Locations – For packages, consider having deliveries sent to a UPS Access Point (612 State St. Belle Fourche) or FedEx Hold-at-Location (2350 E Saint Patrick St. Rapid City) where you can conveniently pick them up.
4. Friends or Family – If you have a trusted contact in the area, you may have mail or packages sent to their address for safekeeping and pickup.

Food & Grocery Deliveries: Guests are welcome to use grocery or food delivery services, including local restaurants, delivery apps, and grocery providers. Please ensure:

• The delivery driver has your name and phone number
• You are available to meet them at the door or entryway, as unattended drop-offs are not guaranteed
• Deliveries must not block the driveway, sidewalk, or neighboring access

Important Note: The property owner and management team cannot accept or store guest mail or packages under any circumstances due to liability. Any items delivered to the property will be refused or returned to the sender. Grocery and food deliveries are permitted for your convenience, but the host cannot assume responsibility for missing or delayed deliveries.
